                                       the blank silent stare
                                       when you're not at all there
                                       makes me wonder where
                                       you are
                                       and how far
                                       you are
                                       away from me
                                       and what it is you see
                                       and where it is you rather be
                                       and is someone with you
                                       and what it is you do
                                       and how long
                                       will you be gone
                                       from within you eyes
                                       if your love dies
                                       and you never
                                       come back forever
                                       will you remember me
                                       on your journey
                                       to where
                                       you go when you stare
                                       and i no longer there
                                       so far from your care
