                                                      i have no sweet memory of
                                                      a one and only lasting love
                                                      i have no fond memory i wish
                                                      to hold on to forever and cherish
                                                      i have no treasured memory i would
                                                      relive again and relish if i could
                                                      i have no favored memory that i
                                                      would not let fade away and die
